John Irving often nests a story within a story (though not as many as you're talking about--usually one or two). His novel The World According to Garp does this. Mary Shelley's Frankenstein is a nested narrative, though not of the type you're describing. It starts with the sea captain's first person account. Nested Story Reveal is a Sub-Trope of Nested Story where the audience thinks they are witnessing "real" events (real within the fictional universe, that is), but later on these events are revealed to be a piece of fiction within an outer story that frames the inner nested story.
